Whole Foods love it too much — 8 years ago
Fruity but surprisingly I like it! Smooth and easy to drink. — 9 years ago
Woah!! Hold up. Briny, sweaty, leesy, metallic, concrete laden, pure grape juice. I have to apologize to the Bay Area for drinking 50% of the only sample bottle I got of this lovely Trebbiano. Zero additive, niente chimica, senza solfiti, funky, natty, super delicious wine -day three showing strong- no VA no EA, same oxidative nose as when it was uncorked, which was fresh as lemon rainwater on hot concrete. I want to drink much more from this producer, and I am not biased, even though I am fortunate enough to sell it in Cali! The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is out of this world, truly one of the most unique I've ever tasted. If you see it, don't hesitate to expand your mind and liver on it. — 10 years ago
I love this wine. Still young. — 11 years ago
Maremma Toscana DOC 2013, Viognier grapes, 13.5%. Bottle tasted in July 2014. Very pleasant golden yellow color, and nose rich of floral and aromatics scents. Lately I really like this grape, and I think that this winery makes a excellent product (unfortunately small production and 2013 is already sold out). — 11 years ago
I wish I had a better photo of this because I can't read the label! Wine was really yummy though. Fruity citrus taste. — 12 years ago
I think I have a new fav! — 12 years ago
Decanted and was surprisingly fruit forward with relatively subdued tannins. Notes of plum, licorice, and black cherry. I enjoyed with a plate of sausage and peppers with penne, but could certainly be drunk on its own. Very nice! — 8 years ago
Dry lighting and very tasty. — 8 years ago
This is a great tasting Moscato for the price. Love the fact that I can get it at my local grocery store. — 8 years ago
Good nerello with minimal oak. Needs lots of time to show itself, oddly, then iron and the volcanic minerals show. Definitely lighter than most which I appreciate. — 9 years ago
Just as good as I remember it. Minerals. Earthy. Delicate oak. — 9 years ago
Soft tannins and acidity. Light on its feet with Syrah and cab undertones. Dark berries with a hint of earth and spice. Medium intensity. Not quite what I was hoping for. — 10 years ago
I don't really like Italian cabs but this one is definitely worth the price. — 11 years ago
Vanni bevve! — 12 years ago
Had other vintages that I thought were baby Masseto. This was hopeful? — 12 years ago
Dark chocolate raspberry and granite. Idk, not sure how this climbs the ladder to 9.2... I respect it and see how folks dig it but I'm not buying a case. — 8 years ago
Having purchased several bottles, I wanted to give this a test run. Let it decant for two hours and indeed, she rewarded me. A huge nose of dried red flowers, violets, cranberry, cherry, a hint of earth and tar. Drinking fairly well now but she needs to lay for a few years to fully reward you. Carema is a wonderful region for Nebbiolo! — 8 years ago
One of the best Tuscan merlots I can think I've had. Extremely inviting creme de cassis, ripe blackberries, cedar closet, menthol on nose. Dark fruit, baking spices, extracted black tea on palette. Developed nicely over course of a few hours. Finish is somewhat rustic and unlike the aroma or taste but give sense of place and I think will soften over time. — 9 years ago
I love jammy, fruity wines and this was it. Rich, dark fruits that hang on the palette. — 9 years ago

Very nice blend. I would get this again. Thanks Auntie Donya! — 10 years ago
I've seen bad reviews from people on this wine but I quite enjoyed it. Slight skin contact and time in barrel. There version of a white burgundy is what Ciro said. I work mainly with Italian wine and for me this was quite separate from the rest of Italy in a really good way. I felt the wine to be unique and complex and highly recommend it. — 10 years ago
First bottle was corked. This is what I was expecting! — 11 years ago
Ruby red. Good structure with smooth finish. Medium body. I love Sangiovese. I just like to say it San-gio-vese. — 11 years ago
This is great with tonight's pizza-I think I detect a hint of caramel too! — 12 years ago
Saving the best for last. Probably my fifth bottle of this in the last year, and this one, by far the best. Impeccable cork, earthy nose that blows off into soft cherry fruit from a well aged bottle from Tuscany. If I tasted this bottle first, I would buy more. But with 12 years of age, drinking beautifully. Acid, tannins in tact, while still providing supple fruit. Well done Belguardo. — 12 years ago

My new ‘ house ‘ red- mountain Nebbiolo w some Negrette(I think), a fave Carema producer- under 17$ & beautifully balanced, tart ( but check as it evolves in glass) — 7 years ago
