2010 Vintage. Dry, leather, wood, dried dark fruit, pineapple with moderate tannin, little or no nose. I like it! — 8 years ago
My wife loves this wine, because it's fruity flavor and fizziness. — 8 years ago
Fresh and good. Nice way to start a night. — 9 years ago
I really enjoy this wine. It takes me back to our trip to Tuscany. — 9 years ago
I suspect this is a super Tuscan, but it was a great finish to the evening. Really solid acidity balanced out the robust plum and inky thickness of this wine. 2010. 15% also, which is kinda crazy. — 10 years ago
This is a organic producer there is canaiolo and Malvasia Nero — 11 years ago
#valentini #trebbianodabruzzo - un'annata meno felice per quanto mi riguarda, ma pur sempre un grande vino — 11 years ago
Excellent Chianti we had in Bellafio — 12 years ago
Certainly the best value from piedmont I’ve had at $12 a bottle. Good body, enjoyable wine. Drinks like a much more expensive wine, and goes well with cheese and beef dishes. — 7 years ago
Great natural wine. High acidity. Tastes like stones. Dry with surprising tannins. Browny red colour. — 8 years ago
Big, brawny, and more than a bit beefy. Dark purple with a nose of old cigars, bacon grease, and vanilla. Big ol' palate of smoked meat and white pepper. Tons of smoke, along with some dried herbs, and funky dirt. Not a lot of fruit here but you'll discover plums and black cherries eventually. The 15.5% puts out quite a bit of heat. Maybe too much heat. As tasty as this is, I'm not really getting Syrah so much. In the long run that doesn't matter because you should probably drink this. — 8 years ago
Sweet but not too sweet, good after taste — 8 years ago
Part of Nebbiolo's deception is its ruby red color. The flavors or tar, violets, and red fruit are unmistakable. When some of your pals are switching to party whites a man must keep pounding the Reds. This is a great wine at almost QPR levels. The velvety body matches the finish which lingers for half a minute — 9 years ago
Bella Verona, Salem, MA. Good. Would get again. — 10 years ago

Great with smoked turkey — 12 years ago
Nice notes of cherry and oak on the nose with cherry, raspberry and wood on the finish. — 8 years ago
Such a beautiful woody aroma! Vanilla tart dry cherry flavor. — 8 years ago
Bright cherry, lighter and more acidic that I like. — 8 years ago
Takes a bit to open but if you like the dark mocha, coffee. This has decent value at only 2x the retail at felice — 8 years ago

Definite recommend — 11 years ago
Impressively drinkable. Lots of bright fruit flavor. Great acidity and structure. I gave it a score of 92.1 http://www.napawapa.com/reviews/view/BL/N.V.-Rocca-Felice-Barbera-d%27Alba/N.V.-Rocca-Felice-Barbera-d%27Alba — 12 years ago
