A Saturday evening with a Super Tuscan: a beautiful thing. Notes: intense ruby color, strong aromas of cedar & spice, Merlot frames the delicacy of the Sangiovese, extraordinary tannins. Match boldness with steak or flavorful artisan cheese for full culinary experience. Vin che salti, pan che canti, formaggio che pianga... May the wine jump, the bread sing and the cheese weep. This one surprised me. For $7.49, it serves like something more in the $25 range. It's a white blend that's very versatile. Medium dry when compared to the more dry whites. A fruity finish that's not too sweet. A little hint of butter. — 11 years ago
Very smooth, every day kind of red wine — 12 years ago

Bought as an inexpensive Barolo for making risotto Barolo, so I had to drink the leftover. Iliked it a lot. Not too heavy but nice flavor. — 8 years ago
