Pale golden yellow color with plenty of active bubbles a very creamy mousse and with a red currant, baked cherry, raspberry and spice character. An elegant Champagne that had me thinking of pairing with mushroom, or seafood risotto. Me think good as an aperitif, but better with a variety of main courses! 70% PN/30% Meunier — 8 years ago

Congrats to owner and wine maker. This is far superior to many of the big names of Napa Valley. You can appreciate an elegant body like bordeaux but full of berries like Napa. A masterpiece and especially for the price. — 9 years ago
