Intenso rosso rubino, con particolare luminosità. Al naso come in bocca pieno e avvolgente. Fruttini Rossi , more e lamponi , tanta ciliegia morello. Mon Cheri e tabacco dolce, leggero fungo secco. Ottima acidità che rinfresca e chiede un altro sorso, Tannino ben presente, levigato e integrato, dona una sensazione piacevole di bastoncino di liquirizia, che ritroviamo tra l'altro e per altro motivo, anche nel lungo finale. Gorgonzola naturale invecchiato accompagna il mio bicchiere. La morbidezza del vino accarezza la piccantezza del formaggio. — 10 years ago
