2016 Sauvignon Blanchard is fruit forward and very drinkable. — 7 years ago
Suprised by how much I liked it. Excellent. — 8 years ago
Fair to say the jury is still out on whether Shiraz works in the northern part of Margaret River but this is very good. Plummy with a hint of butterscotch (oak) and touch of black pepper. Medium bodied - fleshy with softening tannins. Short term cellaring. Very satisfying. — 9 years ago

Oh dang I love Dutcher. Take all your dried cherries, raisins and blueberries and stuff them in an oak vat. Then soak into the acid and alcohol. Tannins medium. It is like...I dunno I don’t have a metaphor for this wine except it is a wine to give a hug. As Greg Condes says Zin is the group hug of wine! — 7 years ago
Ever so delightful. I'd eat with anything with a berry sauce. It is so rich, so balanced between tannin, acid and residual sugar that you get lost. Like every other Dutcher Crossing I've tasted it is a beaut. More on ye silly blog. Zin forever? I say so. — 8 years ago
Veeerry friendly Shiraz at this price. Cherry up front, red apple tobacco, good structure and a frenchman's even hand taming those tannins. — 8 years ago
There's some serious yum going on in this bottle!
Dark fruit, a little bite and then smoooooth as it goes down... — 9 years ago

Sonoma port. Fresh, clean fruit. Delicious. // 2nd week open this really sings. Turned into boozy berry jam. — 9 years ago
Delicious cab. Just enough earthiness and fruit. Going to go great with the swordfish. — 9 years ago
Peppery, medium tanin medium alcohol. Paired perfectly with caramelized onion, blue cheese and spicy pepper sausage pizza by Tommy. From one of my favorite producers. Lovely Pinot :) — 10 years ago
Delicious and great price!!!! — 12 years ago
2015 vintage. Red blend of 25% Syrah, 25% Zinfandel, 34% Carignan, 8% Grenache and 8% petit Verdot. Deep ruby color. On the nose, blueberry, vanilla and currants. Smells like creme brûlée. On the palate, very light with hints of blueberry, blackberry, vanilla and oak. A very nice blend. — 7 years ago
Very nice Pinot. Agree with other comment about needing to breathe a bit. — 8 years ago
The Osteiner grape is a German grape variety created from crossing of Riesling and Silvaner. Despite its German roots, Rippon is perhaps the most notable producer of this variety. Nose of lemon, lime, ripe melon and white fresh florals. On the palate, fresh, clean, round and brilliant. Beautiful acidity, lemon, lime, melon, stone fruits, pear, fruit blossoms and citrus peel. Another photo of their amazing view and owner Jo Mills with my wife. Jo is such a great host with amazing passion and energy for making great wine. — 8 years ago
What a wine for a second label Pinot! Good concentration; red and black fruits. Sweet spice and savory herbs. — 9 years ago
Incredibly smooth finish. Love it. — 9 years ago
Delicious! Enjoyed with my chicken cesar salad. Sweet but not too sweet. I liked that it wasn't an overwhelmingly dry rosé — 9 years ago

Really great drinking wine. Would be good with good but wouldn’t completely stand up to bigger reds. — 7 years ago
