Bought at the winery in Cassis. Blend of Syrah and caladoc Can find no info on caladoc but winery told us it is hybrid of Grenache and cinsaut. Brownie batter chocolatey, soft tannins, good acidity. Pairs well with barely cooked ribeye. — 11 years ago

A most uncommon grape from the innovators at Flia. Zuccardi, grown in the Uco Valley of Mendoza. Deep reddish purple, with a dense, full body and aromas of dark red fruits.
