Unusual minerality for a Languedoc rose, accompanied by strawberries and a hint of peach. Excellent finish last belt wine. 2015 vintage. — 9 years ago
Nice Languedoc with some bottle age. 2004 Vintage. Leather and a little tobacco on the nose. Dark red fruits on the palette. — 9 years ago

Part of a 94 Cal Cab horizontal; reddish purple, still youngish color; nose of plums, blackberries, cigar leaf, leather horse saddle, walnuts; well balanced, well made — 9 years ago
A surprise. Very balanced — 9 years ago
Cal Poly is my Alma Mater so I have to like the wine. It has aged a few years in our cellar. Enjoyable. I would recommend it! — 9 years ago
Opulent, with this 2007 showing a whiff of incense & rancio, it reminds me of church wine-- except this is my kind of church. Makes me want curried goat or a Korean/Vietnamese feast to see this plush marvel from Languedoc handle a dizzying array of dishes! — 10 years ago
I 2013 Cannonau. was never a lover of rose until I tried a lovely Pinot Rose and then I trod this at the Mosby Winery & simply loved it.
Cal-Italian wine. Cannonau grape. Fruity. Very slightly sweet with a dry finish. — 10 years ago
Gran Burdeaux, molt equilibrat i rodó. Cal que s'oxigeni. Redt Via Veneto. — 10 years ago
Rock star teroldego! Smooth red currents, black 'n raspberries @ that rubber tire scent - trademark of teroldego - Italian ones anyway. Not those frightening Cal- itals! Thx @klwines — 11 years ago
Mélange de fruits on sent le soleil et les vacances - agréable et très belle fraîcheur en fin — 12 years ago

Amazing wine. If you are ever in San Luis Obispo, CA buy some of this wine! We stayed at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo and went to an event that served this Cal Poly wine. Starts out and has a hint of vegetables but finished sweet and fruity. Layers of flavor — 8 years ago
How do you say no to a wine dedicated to Cal Ripken? Not only does this do him justice, this is flat out an amazing Cabernet. Is it worth the $825 with the signed baseball? I'll leave that up to you. Regardless, the toasted oak and dark tannic fruits with this make this an age worthy stash. — 9 years ago
Bruno has been a bad boy with this one. Spot on cal-ital Sangiovese. Perfect with pizza. — 10 years ago
May be past its prime. Has lost most fruit on nose and palate. Still a very good, smooth Cal Cab. — 10 years ago
Maybe my 10th bottle of this well made wine. A go-to and reference Cal Cab. Drinking well right now but will last many more years. — 11 years ago
Malbec infinite Monkey. It pairs nicely with spicy foods in that it really accentuates the spice in the food. I can drink this solo; Cal prefers with food. — 11 years ago
