Very tasty after the 10+ years maturation.... — 11 years ago
Brilliant Red Burgundy, with soft finish but powerful taste, at odds with a gentle nose. We drank with appetizers, before a steak dinner with a Cain Five. — 11 years ago
Stunning, pre-bret Cain! — 12 years ago
Subtle on the front, peppery finish. Dry, but sweet. — 12 years ago
Real young with so much promise. Delicious already--not as mineral as the Champ Cain, but so good for opening so early. — 13 years ago
Last bottle of a case I bought many years ago. One of my favorite blends of Cabernet Sauvignon 69%, Merlot 22%, Cabernet Franc 9%. Open and drink immediately. — 7 years ago

A non offensive easy to drink red. Berry and vanilla notes. Cain says yeah lovely! — 9 years ago
Weighty, meaty, smoky, mineral nose with underripe pineapple skin and green mango, burnt golden syrup, grilled pineapple & plantain or sugar cain.
Palate has a real bottom heavy weight, this is wine with a lot of mineral intensity and stoney depth along aniseed infused Asian pear, stony mineral finish, long with great depth — 11 years ago
Not too many Napa Syrah's out there, and this one was an absolute gem. Wish it wasn't a club member only offering. — 11 years ago
Cain cuvée. — 13 years ago
Meritage to the dome! Tasty. Simple. Needs time to open. — 13 years ago
12/18. Probably the best cab I’ve tasted. Had a Cain 5 2006 and Caymus Special Select 2014 for comparison. It has it all. — 7 years ago
Celebrating a momentous birthday and it did not disappoint. — 7 years ago
Nice bottle, stoney fresh fruits, mostly merlot from the 09 & 10 vintages. #caincuvee delivered. — 10 years ago
Pretty great lunchtime treat! — 11 years ago

Beef brings to office with the Cain Cuvée to celebrate Baby Mack's birth... Between the two, he has now officially add up for ordering the $90 lobster special at Trattoria Romangna... — 12 years ago
A decent sipper, but begging, BEGGING for a great steak or chop. — 13 years ago
Not quite as good as the NV8 I had last week — 13 years ago

This was sold as a pop and drink wine but that was not my case. First impression was off. Weak nose and slightly fruit forward dark cherries was my main thought. So punt away and drink another day. Well the wait was all this needed. The nose opened up and the cherries mellowed and other dark berries came out of hiding. Little bit of spice and maybe herbs finish this wine. Time makes the difference in this wine. Decent and enjoy. — 7 years ago
