Very fine mousse with a nose of mandarin orange, strawberry, a tad stirred lees, and a high floral note. The pleasant medium body is slightly creamy. I will definitely buy a few bottles as a house bubbly to please a crowd! This was a good starter for New Year's Eve. — 9 years ago

The nose has freshly cut, crisp bell pepper, pear juice, lychee nut and a cup of fruit cocktail. The palate is zippy and high in acidity but there's a full, creamy body that evens everything out. There's Flavors of Apple, lychee nut, pear juice, and nectarine. A solid go-to Fume. — 9 years ago
