Rosé V.S.Q. Classic Method 2010, at least 24 months on the yeasts, 13%.
Ca' dei Frati is one of my favorite winemaker ever, and this sparkling rosé did not disappoint me!
Beautiful elegant color, nose rich of small red fruits and rose petals. In the mouth is creamy and satisfying. 89/100 — 11 years ago
A lovely wine to sip and doesn't need food as accompaniment. A definite re-purchase. Had with Ron as he gave me a tour of his art studio. Only lightly tannic with some Jammu fruit and spice on the finish. Wonderful! — 10 years ago
Cab, cab franc and petit verdot blend. Great balance. Terrific wine. Enjoyed at Maestros in Irvine, CA. — 10 years ago
Clean crisp taste, great after a spicy dish. — 12 years ago
Refreshing acidity and structure amongst some CA chards from earlier. Oak felt a little heavy handed but my expectations might have been skewed (re: Marlborough Sauv. b.). — 10 years ago
2011 - A new entry based in Tregnago, Eastern #Valpolicella. Old vines, good altitude (400 m. ) and a good balance of fruit and soft tannins. To watch! — 10 years ago

I thought this was a very easy drink. Smooth going down and not too acidic. — 9 years ago
