Pale straw yellow. Clear. Smal nice bubbles. Dry, crisp and elegant. Apples, citrus and brioche on the nose. Lemon, grapefruit and toasted bread on the palate. Yeasty and buttery. Long finish. Wonderfully paired with sushi. — 9 years ago

Tonight we are having this Burgundy. The color is a bright ruby red. The aromas are giving me lots of red fruit and cherries. We have a fresh mouth feel with lots of strawberries, red raspberries, hints of spice and minerality. — 12 years ago

At Ordinaire this afternoon. 2 years in barrel, 3 in bottle. Deep flavor, concentrated, powerful acidity. 13.5% but not heavy. Classic Burgundian but mercifully free of new oak. More, please! — 9 years ago
