Earthy. Paired well with steak. Had earthiness, soul of Bordeaux loved it. — 5 years ago
This review is for the white blend. Love it! Medium body, kinda rich and mineral. Long finish. Great acidity but very balanced. — 6 years ago

100% Brachetto. Dry! Floral notes. Earwax? Palate is light and dry. — 8 years ago
The 1993 Pichon LaLande is great right now. Younger daughter's birthyear wine, drank with '89 Lynch Bages at Christmas dinner. More fruit than spice/tar in nose. Good acidity with softer tannins in the finish. Nice cherry fruit on the palate. Fruit lingered well in the finish. Drink up over next couple years. — 9 years ago

A lot going on the nose. Red fruit, black fruit, meat, leather. Would be a good wintertime wine. Too bad they’re sold out at Kermit Lynch. Devin gave it 💯 — 6 years ago
$45 bottle; was much lighter than other CdP, more like a Pinot. — 7 years ago
So much richness and texture yet so drinkable. Phenolic and engaging. Subtleties abound, from white and orchard blossoms, citrus and stone fruits, beeswax, olive, radish, white pepper, tea leaves, stones. Approachable, elegant, yet cerebral enough to maintain conversation. — 8 years ago
Based on previous ratings this benefited from some time. Really nice. Funky in that good, French way. Great fruit. Earthy. Had with a nice fall roasted squash salad. Good night. — 9 years ago
