This was really good! Nice flavor and not so much beery — 10 years ago
Solid, but not all that complex. Best I can find for the time being. Probably grade inflated due to the vast beer waste land of Grenoble. — 10 years ago
Great spice, malt and balance. A terrific holiday beer. — 10 years ago

Great white beer. — 10 years ago
My go-to cheap wine. Very consistent, light, crisp, and quaffable. *Note* bottle & name changed in 2016, wine is still lovely. Now called something like "Blandette" — 10 years ago
Great tart, full bodied red ale — 10 years ago

750ml purchased in 2012 and aged in cellar for 4 years. If you have the opportunity, do so. Continues to ferment. Sweetness subsides. Amazingly effervescent. Sharp, bitter, rich. Did foam over continuously, have a decanter handy. — 9 years ago
Bret, funk and tartness. — 9 years ago
Beautiful. A bit less funky and rich than the Schaerbeek's. — 10 years ago
Bottled August 2013
Butterscotch, lemon, a touch of sulphur. Toasted pie crust. Dry. A bit light struck (aged in a flourescent liquor store cooler), but pretty complex & tasty nonetheless.
