Bottled August 2013
Butterscotch, lemon, a touch of sulphur. Toasted pie crust. Dry. A bit light struck (aged in a flourescent liquor store cooler), but pretty complex & tasty nonetheless.

Ten years old and still kicking. Cork came out with a good pop. Maintained a creamy head for a couple minutes. Smelled like cotton candy and dates and alcohol. Transparent copper brown. Lots of sediment. Cool evolution of sweetness. From bright candy sugar to dates and raisins and alcohol. A little bit over the hill. These seem to drink better in the 4-7 year old range. Best beer I know for aging. — 10 years ago
