Occasionally you have a profound beer experience.. This is one. Simply great ale. Bananas and yeast and spicy warm. 9.5% so it has a punch but delivers it very well. Cheers. — 8 years ago

Nice roast, just bitter enough — 8 years ago
A great spiced ale from OMMEGANG brewery in Cooperstown NY, home of the baseball Hall of Fame. Recommend both! Great complexity and balance! 8.2% abv. — 8 years ago
Delicious! I'll be drinking more this summer. — 9 years ago
Too complex for my aprentice palate but theres definitevely something extremely good about it. Strong bitter sweet toasted the more you have it the more you learn to like it. Still Im not completely sold so no 10 score ...yet. — 9 years ago
Brilliance in marketing award. Not a bad beer either. — 10 years ago
Cloudy gold color. Fruity estery aromas jumping out of the glass. Citrus peel, sour yeast, cilantro, grainy cereal, and banana. Complex as one would expect from a collaboration like this. A real beauty — 8 years ago
Hands down awesome. These guys make solid ales. — 8 years ago
Beautifully balanced beer- rich muddled Amber in color. The Bret doesn't mean this is a sour need at all -just gives makes the acidity noticeable — 8 years ago

Lots of flavor, very tasty. Good after taste. Has some "hephy" taste as bro in-law would say. Which makes it excellent. — 8 years ago
