"Grapefruit with the pith"-- @Bree Dusbiber — 10 years ago
Admittedly I know nothing about this juice. This wine is collectable and all about the label. Collections can fetch nice returns if you have patience to lay down bottles and disciple not to drink. A Marilyn fan's must have! — 10 years ago
$14 Sobeys. Tastes like a sweetish Riesling but not too sweet. Keep on hand especially for light summer meals. — 10 years ago
Excellent Cabernet Sauvignon from Hess Collections! Intense, dark, long finish! I recommend it. — 10 years ago
One of the rarest types of sherry from passionate sherry lovers that tend their own personal collections — 11 years ago
Very nice paired with Bree and fig jam. — 12 years ago
I love the oyster brine freshness of this wine. It was delicious and worked well with Partan Bree. — 9 years ago
I'll use Karen McNeils' usage of persons to describe this wine. This is King Kong dripping with grape juice. With a ruby color and blackberry, blueberry, chocolate covered cherries and spice on the nose. When we tasted the wine at first the alcohol disguised all the dark berries flavor but as it dissipated your mouth explodes with ripe cherries, vanilla, blueberries and spice. The tannins are well balanced too. This wine has a medium long finish and medium acid. I'd have this with a well trimmed ribeye with baked potato (butter, chives sour cream) and grilled asparagus. Even a good Bree and butter on a baguette... — 10 years ago
@Bree Dusbiber I am told we should meet... I look forward to it! — 10 years ago
Would be good with meat. Cheese pairings: Havarti, Bree, blue, soft French. 2012 — 10 years ago

Rich Fruit paired with mineral undertones and a peppery finish! Yum, say mom & Bree! — 12 years ago
On the sweet Riesling side similar to Bree. Crisp and clean. — 9 years ago
Thank you @Bree Dusbiber for the excellent selection. — 10 years ago
This was very good. lots of butter and fruit. Im thinking I'd try it with a fettuccine Alfredo. we had it with a baguette and some Bree and i could taste the butter all night!!! — 10 years ago
Great Zinfandel, indeed fruity and unctuous. Recommended by Stephen Goldberg at Cellar Collections in Napa. — 10 years ago
A little sweet for a Bordeaux. Didn't pair well with beef but paired well with cheeses: Havarti, Bree, and soft French. — 10 years ago
Villa Maria 2013 Sauvignon Blanc Cellar Collections. Much spunkier wine. Lots of grass, grapefruit, acidity! Lots of action going nice! — 11 years ago

Slightly bree funky cheese, zesty citrus nose. Powerful big body. High acid, high mineral, but lurking with this oily ripe lemon ripe cheese undergrowth. Complex. — 9 years ago
