Ice breaker with the parents :) — 9 years ago
This is one of the stars of the vintage by far. I can count on one hand how many 2011 Napa reds I like. This wine is NOT a fruit bomb but rather it is beautifully adapted to the vintage and for me most importantly does not display those South American green pepper and herb notes like so many of its 2011 peers (something that for me is a deal breaker). Nose is pure soy sauce with pipe tobacco and ripe plum. Palate is dark cherry and with a defined salinity and with expressive limestone and crushed rocks. Finish is subtle but lingers for 60 seconds. This is ready to drink right now but give plenty of air. — 10 years ago
My 10 in brut. Pleasant, not too strong, well balanced. My signature ice breaker for Tahoe ski trips and Wine country adventures. — 10 years ago

Great coffee notes. Dark yet light @hoodriver — 10 years ago
Has Harvester #craftbeer been rebranded? The hops and coffee create a crazy green, franc like finish. — 10 years ago

A superb wine. A ball breaker. — 10 years ago
Maximus makes me want to punch a gangbanger in the face, find the cure for cancer and sing America The Beautiful on the bow of a sinking ice breaker after saving baby harp seals from giant Canadian fur smugglers. Yeah. It's real freakin good. — 10 years ago
Fruity, which is normally a deal breaker for me. Smells of outside. Chocolate finish. Delicious. — 10 years ago
