Dare I say the finest of the Belgian "quads"? Better than St Bernardus 12, Pannepot, and even Westvleteren 12? Drier than all of the above (though sweeter than I had recalled, but less candied). A broad mouthfeel, dark and raisiny, with its 11.3% ABV coming across only as a light spice on the finish. A classic after-dinner beer. Imported by Merchant du Vin, of Tukwila, WA. — 12 years ago

The Gewurtztraminer was like nothing I've ever had...Turkish delight and the duff of pine forests. Thank you LAC and Meritage brasserie -good grief! — 10 years ago
