Super smooth tannins, good expression of fruit for a 7 year old. Ripe fruit. Carménère is pronounced and blended varieties are elegant. A bit too light, very silky - terrior not well identifiable. Nice wine all and all. So easy drinking — 10 years ago
A slight oxidation note, a great wine, a lovely surprise, present oak note, honey touch, nice concentration 😃 lovely maturity and pleasant — 11 years ago

Feb 25, 2017. Dinner w/ Jack D, Cello, & J2. Jack D brought the wine. Cork deteriorated (use cork pull, not corkscrew), but wine excellent! Lovely Rhone blend w/ 50% Grenache, 30% Shiraz, 15% "Mataro," + 5% Cinsaut. Yum! — 9 years ago
A killer Chardonnay from the Columbia Gorge area of Washington. Cello Vineyard is one of the oldest vineyards in WA. Michael Savage has a way of allowing these grapes to shine. The vines producing these grapes are from plantings in the 70's.
Slight hints of citrus, yellow apples, pears, pie crust & that particular mineral character that only comes from the Gorge. Very well balanced and not over bearing with Malo. Simply delicious! — 10 years ago
True lemon cello is made in Serrento per Deb. This has to be one of the best I've had. — 11 years ago

Mineral, slight acidity. Grapefruit, pomegranate. Drank it on the same night as a chablis - for a third of the price, puts the chablis to shame — 11 years ago
