Just bottled after almost 9 years in barrel without topping. The most sherry-like wine I've had without adding any distillate. Harvested with high sugars but very light and extremely savory. — 11 years ago
Bright acid love the honey finsh! — 12 years ago
Very smooth and not overly sweet. Great wine — 5 years ago
For the price, the tastiest Vermentino we’ve had on this isle of Sardinia. — 6 years ago
Now this is different. Like a variation of an amontillado sherry. Bosc pear, bitter almonds, hazelnut and herbs. Dry. — 8 years ago

Wide shoulders, perfect acidity, and still delicate. Amazing! Was paired with a Baby Octopus Spicy Tomato Stew and Sardinian Flatbread — 9 years ago
Chestnut-barrel aged sweet golden apples, apricots and peaches from the sun! All that sweetness is balanced with some phenolic sand sea salt. Very unique stuff. — 11 years ago

— 9 years ago
Bone dry. Floral. Bracing acid and minerality. Wonderful. The Somm at A16 did a fine job walking us through the more esoteric parts of the wine list. With food this bottle shows an extra gear of versatility. — 11 years ago
Pinch of bitter with a touch if RS. C&G — 11 years ago
Vermentino in purezza. produzione di nicchia.
Al naso profumi di frutti gialli maturi al palato sobrio ed elegante. — 12 years ago

TSWC. Slight saltiness upfront, citrus and apple burst and a refreshing finish. A very enjoyable drinking wine. — 5 years ago
