Great San Diego IPA, big hops, nice citrus and flora notes, great in the style, shame it gets over looked because of all the other great west coast IPA's, this is also dirt cheap, $3.00 for a bomber!!! Great brew, great brewery as well, going there so again — 12 years ago

Nice soothing blend of hops and malt and round mouthfeel. At $6 per bomber and a well-masked 9.75% abv, it's hard to find a better value beer. Gotta love the Drake. — 11 years ago

This is one of the best double IPA's out there; whether it is a nitrous tap, bomber, or one year old bomber. The depth of this particular beer is perfect on its on its own, a burger with a bird on top, or with a good slow cooked meat. All in all, you will not be disappointed. — 12 years ago

Very solid IPA, this celebrates the one year anniversary partnership between Green Flash and Alpine, of course if you still want Alpine beer, you will have to go to their brewery, good news is, this lends more to the Alpine style of IPA's then Green Flash, using the proprietary Alpine yeast strain, a very good start, hope they continue to be as good and better in future brews, big hop profile, Mosaic, Citra, Simco and El Dorado hops, 7% ABV, 55 IBU's feels and taste bigger, big wow factor for me, only paid $1.99 for this bomber — 10 years ago
