Out of the stream high altitude wine (700m) from near Valencia; 75% monastrell, 25% garnacia. The latter was dominant on the nose with it's typical peppery black cherry, raspberry, and anise aromas. Would be a great tester at a blind tasting (I didn't even get close on the region). A delicately oaked and very interesting wine! — 10 years ago

Tried this Rose during a Vegas trip and was pleasantly surprised it was a bar wine. Unusually dark color and surprising finish for a Rose. This is a Rose but not a Rose. Great value. — 8 years ago
