🇰🇪 crisp fresh - dull notes - but adds to an overall good taste — 7 years ago
Located in rural Carlton, Oregon, Ken Wright Cellars showcases the inherent quality of selected vineyard sites. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend of Ken Wright Cellars' traditional vineyards. Though not at the same level of complexity as the vineyard designates, this blend is extremely enjoyable. Ruby with red berry fruit and spice. On the palate thus fruit forward blend, from 9 blocks of Ken's best vineyards, is lush and full of Pinot fruit, raspberry and cherry and complex spice. Mild soft tannins, well balanced with a medium finish. It is a great value. — 8 years ago
Nice structure, soft tannins, good acidity, lovely bouquet, nice finish. Great wine especially considering the price. — 8 years ago
Bivarietal joven de tonos rubi. Aromas potentes a cerezas y caramelo. Suave al paladar con toques de fruta roja, canela y caramelo. Final largo. — 9 years ago
This was exactly where it should be. A Jura red that can vie with some very good burgundy but brings just that bit of extra rural character. Loved it. — 9 years ago

16.5/20 (91/100) Вино с ароматами чернослива, ежевики, шоколада, лакрицы и ароматных трав. Тельное с довольно высокой кислотностью и интенсивными, вяжущими, липкими танинами. Молодо. #dfwe2018 — 5 years ago
Not much on the nose. But very big and alcoholic. Basically a Rhone. Recommend. — 6 years ago

So, first wine rating since being hospitalized... This has been a favorite for a while. It is a little long in the tooth now, but still a nice aroma of blueberry compote. Still delicious, just a bit different. — 9 years ago
Nice smoky nose. Very smooth with nice tannins, but not overpowering — 6 years ago
Dark and dense, but with a fresh line and earthy/bloody component nestled in the dark fruit and balanced oak. The flavor is of course driven by its lip smacking tannins, yet with a good fruit coverage which made them more approachable than expected. Modern winemaking in this rural outpost is the recipe for success. Nice performance — 6 years ago
Guava. Green apples. Lime. Crisp & refreshing. Perfect for ringing in the new year in this Argentine heat! — 7 years ago

I really liked this wine. Black plum for me. Not too plump or alcoholic and the tannins are very rounded. A very soft and delicate style that could really be served with or without food. — 5 years ago
