Nice ripe Fruits, still Young needs time. Tight in the mouth but show some matureness... — 12 years ago
Sicilian wine from the base of Mount Etna. 95% Nerello Mascalese, 5% Nerello Cappuccio. Soft but chalky, earthy, more low tones, herbaceous but not too much. Medium body, slight rhubarb, but again- not in the way wines can be when they are too young to drink. Really lovely wine. Apparently, the winery is no longer making wine due to lack of interest from the family heirs. — 13 years ago

Strong Malbec with peppery touch. Drink again — 11 years ago
Great bold wine. Smoother than most reds I have had from Argentina. Similar to a spicey Cab with a peppery finish. — 12 years ago
Dark fruit/plum. Med-full bodies. Improved over1-2 hours. Smooth tannins with good acid. Very well balanced. Love this Tuscan Syrah. 1 bottle left if this vintage. Drink next 3-4 years. — 7 years ago
A garnet plum color that yielded a tasty treat for the senses. — 7 years ago
@Benjamin Keator had his hosting at the CC tonight and it was absolutely incredible. What a night of gorgeous wines! All wines are guessed blind.
This dessert wine is about the same age as my Dad. When you can associate a wine/vintage personally, it really opens your eyes to how wine can hold. This is undoubtedly Pedro Ximenez, which I guessed. It reminds me of a non-vintage port with a balsamic mix to it. Tons of black licorice, old brown sugar, and the aforementioned balsamic vinaigrette note. Incredible for the age. — 8 years ago

Has to be THE or one of the best tequilas around. Carmalized vanilla flavors, incredibly smooth and a long finish. One of the best sipping tequilas and you don’t need a chaser. — 6 years ago
