Very decent Prosecco. Its lightness is backed up with some length, so it has more gravitas than many other Proseccos. Currently (April 2015) on offer at Tesco, and thus very good v for m. — 11 years ago

Overall, light and bright. Slightly sweet, almost tropical fruit (think: white grape juice-based tropical punch), quickly fades to citrus / more structured middle, and then mild acid over woody/grainy notes. Paired with light Chinese, but would work as an accompaniment to fish, chicken, salad, etc. Likely good alone, too. — 10 years ago
