Frutta tropicale, biscotto, note agrumate con incredibile complessità e finezza, Perlage fine è incredibilmente persistente, in bocca finissimo con grande acidità e ritorno sull'agrume, sapido. Se avessi avuto 1000 stelle le avrei usate tutte ! in assoluto il miglior vinsanto mai bevuto. un colore ambra bellissimo, profumo intenso incredibile, limpido, trasparente e brillante. una bocca dove freschezza e morbidezza sono perfettamente equilibrate. l'entrata è una carezza morbida e l'uscita e di una pulizia unica con una persistenza lunghissima. miele vaniglia nocciole....sono pochi i vini dolci a questo livello ! — 10 years ago
