Classic, elegant #barolo from a famous producer family. Classic roses, tart cherry, dried herbs on the nose. Medium weight on palate, soprano acidity on palate - I’ll leave my other two bottles to age at least 5 years longer but this paired properly with a wild boar Bolognese pappardelle with mushrooms. — 2 years ago
