Umpqua Valley Müller-Thurgau 2011

They're out of our Henry Estate Veraison ! Oh horrors, what shall we do? No problem! They did have this Henry Estate 2011 Muller-Thurgau. Fruity, slightly sweet. Went nicely with the bluegrass music the band was playing. — 12 years ago

Aux Malconsorts Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2005

9.2

In the sundown of its youth, while it's lost a lot of its ebullient fruit and florals, it hasn't started to pick up the secondary funk that will add complexity in its later years. The length and finesse of texture are extraordinary, but like a lot of the very serious '05s, perhaps they should be enjoyed at least 5-10 years from now. Potential is much higher than my current rating. — 10 years ago
