Truett-Hurst

Bluebird Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Tropical notes and a touch of green bell pepper shines on this showing. Love it!!! — 7 years ago

Gibbston Valley

Le Fou Central Otago Riesling 2007

At 10% alcohol--with I'm guessing 60+ g residuals--the last 9 years leave an impression that is both sweetly-floral and quenching. Not sweet enough to be sticky on the palette, this is akin to peach honeysuckle sherbet. If you're lucky to have one of these tucked away, enjoy it on a bluebird mountain day. — 8 years ago

Pairs nicely with sambal kimchi sautéed hot dogs and a side of sour cream and onion Ruffles

Shafer Vineyards

One Point Five Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Really like it, distinct nose,
Better than lail bluebird & lewis at around same price, in fact better than some $150.00 bottles I've had lately, probably a litte too much fruit for a steak wine, but good for a anytime pop & pour

BlueBird Hill Cellars

Duology Viognier-Chardonnay Blend 2016

BlueBird Hill Cellars is a tiny winery located in Monroe, Oregon—one can find it navigating a series of winding, scenic backroads between Salem and Eugene, that wend their way to the foothills of the Coastal mountain range, their 2016 Duology is a blend of 55% Viognier and 45% Chardonnay that emits pear, white peach, white flowers, and coconut flake on the nose. The attack feels quite dry, but there is a subtle nuanced sweetness at the core, like tender peaches at the height of ripeness nicely balanced by nicely balanced by a mouthwatering burst of acidity that adds length to a gently meandering finish. — 7 years ago

BlueBird Hill Cellars

Zenith Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014

This wine is so young. It has all the makings of a great Pinot but definitely needs time for the elements to gel. The oak is a sort of shroud over the whole thing but when it integrates over the next couple of years, this could be a special bottle of wine. — 8 years ago

Too sweet for me.

BlueBird Hill Cellars

Willamette Valley Chardonnay 2015

Complex and delicious chard. I don't taste even a hint of oak. Pure stone and orchard fruit, bright acidity, and the white minerally finish is delightful. — 7 years ago

Tisdale Vineyards

California Shiraz

Opened at Bluebird with Johnnie and Bill. — 7 years ago

BlueBird Hill Cellars

Barrel Select Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2014
