Nice. Dry & crisp. — 10 years ago
Rich, deep tropical fruit and honeyed nose with just a hint of smoke. The palate is full and sweet and bursting with fresh acidity. Fresh flavors of peach and apricot lead to a long and sweet but not cloying finish. — 10 years ago
Wonderful, smooth, slight tobacco, dark cherries and great finish. My bottle was signed by winemaker on 9-6-2010. — 10 years ago

A New Year's sparkler, the '05 Union des Proprietaires Recoltants 'Cuvée Sublime' Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Champagne is a bright golden yellow color. The nose is scented with tart apple, fresh baked bread and spicy citrus. Fine bubbles tingle the tongue with mineral-laced spice notes. Refreshing and nicely textured finish on this bargain magnum. — 10 years ago
Very nice grand cru. — 11 years ago
Skin contact night? Interesting wine. Kinda reminded me of Viognier without the bitterness or extreme aromatic lifts, with the Condrieu-like textures. — 8 years ago
Red fruit and earth nose. Ripe earthy tasty with moderate acidity. Easy drinking. $29 — 8 years ago
Best Pinot I've ever had (haven't had many). Flavorful, deep — 9 years ago
This excellent Sangiovese is unfiltered and has a maroon rather than ruby tint. It is slightly fuller of body than your typical Sangio and extremely polished, and worked well as a pairing with vegetable pasta dishes, with chicken sausage on the side. Plum and currant flavors prevail up front leading into a tart black licorice finish. — 9 years ago
Wonderful taste, will definitely buy it again! — 10 years ago
