Ian Cauble's recommendation to decant for 30 minutes and serve between 45-50 degrees. We thoroughly enjoyed this dry medium bodied Riesling. — 8 years ago
Absolutely delicious, juicy and lean at the same time! What a special surprising treat this wine is! Quince, kumquat, honeyed yellow pears, musky white flowers. Juicy, ripe, but with amazing acidity. Low in alcohol, perfect for summer sipping! — 9 years ago

2006 Vintage one of the Best wines I have had. Been saving one bottle for a special occasion, and Thursday night had my wine drinking group. Having Drank other bottles of the 2006, I would say this was about 1 year beyond it's peak, but still exceptional compared to subsequent vintages of the same. — 9 years ago

Very fine mousse. Aromas of a partial #barrelfermented base wine and lees, vanilla, cream and pastries. On the palate it has surprising citrus and stone fruit and a touch of elderflower. #southafricanwine #capeclassics — 6 years ago
