Very crisp, lightly tannic, with a fruity touch. I had the 2014 vintage. It balanced well with a barramundi filet dinner. Really like this wine. Will have it again. — 10 years ago
Opened up beautifully to cut straight through a buttered and barbecued barramundi. Seemed a little green at first. Could have decanted. — 10 years ago
Fantastic wine with serious passion fruit hints. Drank it in Sidney with Barramundi fish. — 9 years ago
The three unique varietals paired well with barramundi. — 10 years ago
It was born as a heavy weight Jurassic indeed, tidal waves of flavor stoney fruit as hell, fresh young white peach pith, with clarified butter accents , quince paste texture, baked golden apple skins! Lemon chiffon cake dry backside, it lures me in paired well w/
Ahi , but might pair better with cake or lighter fish barramundi or tilefish — 10 years ago
Really good wine, well balanced fruity wine — 9 years ago
Citrusy. Pineapples. Slight cut grass at the end. Beautiful with shrimp risotto I wouldn't say it was light enough to be "crisp" by my own definition. It does have a lovely edge and is smooth doing down. One to have again. — 9 years ago
