Unfortunately a faulty bottle showing Premox. Unattractive nose - Oxidative and dirty. A second bottle opened which was brilliant and one of the wines of the bracket. It was sleek but certainly not hard as nails. The burg hound review is spot on. It's in its drinking window now so maybe it was different a few years ago. Good value too!
