Rubied in color with bricked undertone. French oak treatment stands out, with vanilla bean, hazelnut and caramel. Cherry liqueur and barnyard notes stand out as well. Fresh red fruit on the palate, with forest and licorice undertones. Unique in style with the oak treatment. Delicious and savory. Pairs well with meat pie pizza. — 8 years ago

The Goldilocks of Ligurian Vermentino styles, somewhere between minerally and that weightier, sorta oilier way — 6 years ago
Very interesting day one. Very high acidity w funky nose after uncorking. Almost shocking acidity. Dark ripe stone fruit. After a bit of air, mellows and becomes more balanced. Really liked it regardless of when I tasted. But Not so interesting day two and three. Would definitely buy again. — 7 years ago

Herbal and floral notes. Melon on the palate. Bright tropical fruits. Wrapped in a creamy mouthfeel, hints a barrel fermentation. — 9 years ago

Pasquale jones pulling through :) love this! — 8 years ago
This vintage is darker and more concentrated than in the past, and at 14,5%, this is not your standard rose'. Raspberry, strawberry, an overall smoky/earthy feel, and minimal funk for a natural wine. A touch of sweetness shows up on the finish. Consistently good, year after year. — 9 years ago

A good wine but not excellent. The texture is just too soft. Needs a stronger acid backbone. Otherwise, the fruit flavors are nicely accented with cut flowers on the nose, and slightly spiced on the palate. — 6 years ago
