Are Italians even capable of producing a bad wine? This was one of the most perfectly balanced wines I’ve had in a while. Easy to drink, soft, not too fruity, dry, or acidic. Paired great with roast beef. — 5 years ago
Not much on the nose, but this is a very nice white. 80% chard gives it boday and lit oak. 20% Favorita lightens it up to remind me of a heavy pinot grogio. Great with or without food. Yum!
