Enjoyed this rosé pinot gris hugely. Just about off-dry, with a beautifully subtle pale salmon hue, and classic varietal characteristics, as well as that central Otago clean, intense fruit delivery. Had it as an aperitivo. Really v good 😄 — 10 years ago

Sublime. Silky, elegant, with incredible purity and concentration of fruit. Raspberries, strawberries, dark cherries. A good percentage of whole cluster fermentation, which really magnifies the fruit with the semi-carbonic maceration. Oak was well integrated, with lively acid. Once the ripe tannins had softened after an hour's air, a hint of chocolate and a subtle coffee note came through in the long, long finish. — 10 years ago
