A great easy drinking Chardonnay. I normally don't like the maloactic acid of oaked Chardonnay but this doesn't really have it. It's slightly sweet but refreshing. It's has some minerality that cuts through any heft. It's a great drinking wine that would hold us to food. A great Chardonnay!
Color: A clear yellow the color of hay. It is slightly lighter than a typical oaked Chardonnay.
Aroma: Smells like Chardonnay without the maloacid creaminess. There's a slight sweetness, but mostly refreshing with some heft.
Taste: like lovely light Chardonnay with some delicious refreshing sweetness. It's medium body without the heavy, creamy oaked flavors. There are some apple and pear notes that's slightly spiced.
It's light with some minerality making it easy to drink. It has some heft so it can also stand up to food but it's light that it's great on its own. — 2 years ago
Nose of dark fruits and tropical fruit, palate of dark fruits and lychee, with finish of herbs and pepper, off dry, short finish. — 5 years ago
Color is a peachy blush, like Cover Girl from the 90s. Very slight orange tint. I’m drinking this a day old, so fragrance isn’t so pungent: smells like outdoor seating at a white tablecloth restaurant with white flowers, with an elegant woman sitting two seats behind you wearing Crepe de Chine or Amal Goutal— something classic. Also has an undercurrent of Lemonheads (chemical citrus) smell as well. Taste is surprising, not acidic but still dry/not sweet— caramel-like, with peachy strawberry taste and a short finish. Kind of has the taste of a merlot inhabiting a rose. It’s really nice. I often don’t like rose because it’s too sweet or too dry or always somehow tastes too similar... but this one was special. Perhaps one of my faves of the summer. — 6 years ago
Lovely rose for the $10 price tag! — 8 years ago
джем из садовой вишни, с нотами лакрицы и розового перца, оттенки сухой пыльной земли. Много остаточного алкоголя, кислотность низкая; полнотелое, можно еще подождать — 8 years ago
Tennis ball scent, pepper start. Final prune taste, spicy notes and oak finish. Medium to full body. Great wine!!! — 10 years ago

Pleasant wine. Very drinkable from TJ's. — 4 years ago
$45 bottle; was much lighter than other CdP, more like a Pinot. — 5 years ago
My favorite kind of white wine — 5 years ago
More acidic than the cotton but wonderful — 6 years ago
Color hazy; due to cloudy sediment but nose is very complex with tropical fruits and muted vanilla overtones. In the mouth the fruit is rich, fruity, and smooth. A blockbuster wine with huge alcohol (15.2%) which is not appreciated in the initial tasting. I would consume this in its youth and first 5 years due to the fruit balancing the alcohol. — 7 years ago
Old reliable. Always one of my favorite Rhones. Heavyish-medium body, heavy fruit, medium tannin, great food complement, mouthy. Even drinks well alone & is friendly enough not to overpower cheese or light hors d'oeuvre. — 9 years ago
Red berries, pinks, lavender. Truly in a nice place. — 10 years ago
Exquisite balance with incredibly well-integrated oak in the background and lemon, yellow apple, flint, wet stone, peach and guava in the foreground. Beginning to show some development of bottle age with candied lemon and dried apple. Terrific balance of acidity with abundant fruit and exceptional length on the palate. A great success. — 7 months ago
Nose displays butterscotch and blood orange. Palate presents caramel, baked bread and a hint of green capsicum. Finishes with good weight, round acidity, and moderate sweetness. These appellation bottlings from Aubert are understated, and wonderful as a result.

Peppery fruit and bit of funk — 6 years ago
So much richness and texture yet so drinkable. Phenolic and engaging. Subtleties abound, from white and orchard blossoms, citrus and stone fruits, beeswax, olive, radish, white pepper, tea leaves, stones. Approachable, elegant, yet cerebral enough to maintain conversation. — 6 years ago
Acidic. Dry finish. Minerally. Pairs well with food. — 8 years ago
Quite balanced and smooth, a bit sweet taste — 8 years ago
