$45 bottle; was much lighter than other CdP, more like a Pinot. — 6 years ago
Another star in Rosenthal book but I’m a bit puzzled by the muted enthusiasm on Delectable. Sure, not the last word on complexity but what glory in classic chard & Macon notes. Rich & minerally mouthfeel, balanced. Yeah, for less than 15$ local. So what’s the problem? — 7 years ago
Lovely rose for the $10 price tag! — 9 years ago
Quite balanced and smooth, a bit sweet taste — 10 years ago
Tennis ball scent, pepper start. Final prune taste, spicy notes and oak finish. Medium to full body. Great wine!!! — 11 years ago
A very casual Sauvignon Blanc from the very upper and eastern side of the Loire River in France. A more flinty and brighter acidity to its neighbor Sancerre (across the river to the west). Some Quincy notes and taste as well. The citrusy is not over the top. Easy to drink! — 8 months ago
A beautiful, refined, bright, creamy wine. Tasting honeydew, white peach, butter, cashew, oak, and a hint of honey. Just what I would expect from Aubert (my favorite Chardonnays). — 9 months ago
One of the best Aubert pinots I’ve had. Everything working in seamless harmony. Gorgeous candied cranberries, fresh black cherries, herbal twang and freshly chopped cedar. Wonderful acidity with red plum, earth, kiss of maple, and baking spices. Very nice. Thanks @Dan Fitzgerald . — 6 years ago
Peppery fruit and bit of funk — 7 years ago
Really nice, went well with beef — 10 years ago
Obviously, not as nuanced and textured as the single vineyard bottlings, but no complaints from us. Less amplification, but still possess the Aubert signature on the mid palate. Roasted pineapples and lychees caress the palate. Great balance and acidity. — 8 months ago

A lot going on the nose. Red fruit, black fruit, meat, leather. Would be a good wintertime wine. Too bad they’re sold out at Kermit Lynch. Devin gave it 💯 — 5 years ago
Pleasant wine. Very drinkable from TJ's. — 5 years ago
Color is a peachy blush, like Cover Girl from the 90s. Very slight orange tint. I’m drinking this a day old, so fragrance isn’t so pungent: smells like outdoor seating at a white tablecloth restaurant with white flowers, with an elegant woman sitting two seats behind you wearing Crepe de Chine or Amal Goutal— something classic. Also has an undercurrent of Lemonheads (chemical citrus) smell as well. Taste is surprising, not acidic but still dry/not sweet— caramel-like, with peachy strawberry taste and a short finish. Kind of has the taste of a merlot inhabiting a rose. It’s really nice. I often don’t like rose because it’s too sweet or too dry or always somehow tastes too similar... but this one was special. Perhaps one of my faves of the summer. — 7 years ago
Old reliable. Always one of my favorite Rhones. Heavyish-medium body, heavy fruit, medium tannin, great food complement, mouthy. Even drinks well alone & is friendly enough not to overpower cheese or light hors d'oeuvre. — 10 years ago
Red berries, pinks, lavender. Truly in a nice place. — 11 years ago
