Produced by Athenais Béru of Chateau de Béru. Tasting pour at Raw Wine LA about two weeks ago. I was wondering why a Burgundy Chablis producer would be making s Provence Vermentino, but turns out it was because their Chardonnay crop was wiped out by frost in 2016, so they had to look elsewhere for grapes.
