J'avais un peu peur du résultat mais finalement pour un vin qui ne doit se garder que 4 ans pas plus il a plutôt bien vieilli. Trop fort ce Saint-Antoine :). Agréable en bouche, tannique à souhait, doux et très bon retour, surtout sur fromage à pâte dure. Jolie robe par ailleurs. — 11 years ago

Un petit bordeaux supérieur rouge de 2001 bien conservé. Fort et long en bouche mais un peu tannique. Il titre à 13.5, assez élevé pour un Bordeaux. Il a de plus une belle robe. Parfait avec un fromage du Nord à pâte molle. — 11 years ago

We had it with some pork in the oven. The dish had prunes, cheese and some apple. It worked wonderfully together. The wine had the time to breathe for +2hours in a decanter. It was so smooth, fruity and round I would not believe it it Feteasca Neagra. Temperature wise we had it ag ~16gc. — 12 years ago
