Cellared over two years! — 12 years ago
Deep ruby red. A little dirty attack on the nose with some smoked notes, leather, gunpowder and finished off with some baking spices like cocoa. Well integrated and moderate tannins (6/10). A touch savory on the palate as well with some dark berries, herbs and spices. Medium bodied with a medium plus finish. Drink till 2020. — 8 years ago
I normally avoid wines with petite Verdot but this was part of my wine club shipment and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't taste the bitterness or sour flavors that I have experienced with the petite Verdot grape. I think I will buy another bottle and give it some cellar time. — 9 years ago

Wonderful full bodied, huge wine. Perfect right now. Beautiful bright fruits with jam but not too sweet. Great full supple tannins to round it out. Fantastic wine! — 8 years ago
