Тело средней плотности, вкус стартует с нот взбитого с сахаром желтка, продолжается крепкими цитрусами, свежеиспечённым белым хлебом, маринованным виноградным листом. Бодрая кислотность, чуть оксидировано, глубоко и долго. 18/20
