Marco Sartori is a true believer of Recioto della Valpolicella. This is a Valpolicella blend without Molinara but with some Croatina. Grapes come from volcanic soils of San Briccio Cru, near Mezzane. Aged in a majority of old barriques, smooth, balanced, rich in texture and complexity. Awesome! — 12 years ago
