My god...I love this style of wine and don't get to drink it enough. It's all about the minerality here. Yup, I love licking rocks! The surprise for me was the salinity of this wine. Just enough to be quite interesting and well balanced by the citrus notes. Great wine to pair with seafood. Thanks to Mr. Anthony Anselmo MS and Rare Wines for this winner! — 13 years ago
