Gotta try this! Awesome stuff, wine based from Nebbiolo, then fortified alongside rhubarb and other fruits. @Thomas Monroe We gotta get some of this for the Collective this summer! It's chilled! — 10 years ago

Bright, unripened red currants layer overtop anonymous dark fruits. Hairy on the palette; ultra-aggressive tannins. This is young and fierce after 2 hours of decant. Dramatically more assertive than the 2009 after similar time in bottle. Give the 2010 another 5 to 20 years. — 9 years ago
Very young, bright, generous and juicy. Great concentration and balance. A tasty, modern take on the classic blend of Rhône varieties, albeit slightly anonymous. Okay value under 20€. — 11 years ago

Really nice bottle! We picked it up from Grape Collective and ended up toasting our 6th year engagement anniversary. Wonderful sparkling wine for a celebration! It's smooth....no after shock like some champagnes. Our bottle had a loud celebratory POP when the cork came out. Fun! — 9 years ago
For what it is - an anonymous blended Portuguese red - it is amazing. Oh, did I mention bargain as well? $4.99 at Wine Cask as a wine of the month. ABV 13% Should have bought a case. It would still be a find at 5.99 or even 6.99! Light, bright, but with some tannic depth. No sweetness. Nice balance. Some nose and finish as well. If I knew my grapes, I would recognize them in here. — 9 years ago
