It went with tuna it went with butternut squash soup with a hazelnut foam, it went with rabbit and duck. Delicious and light, but still engaging and lovely with all sorts of flavors of flowers and roses and earthy spices and everything in between. Very versatile wine. — 9 months ago

Young entry level wine from this producer. Took an hour to open up. Nice depth a slightly reductive characteristics, in a good way. Will add depth over time — 9 months ago
Mostly 2016, disgorged Jan 2019. Very yeasty when first opened. Lots of good red fruit. Lacking refinement. Overall great experience. — 4 years ago

Wine similar to south of France burgundy wine — 6 years ago
Really nice wine-I’m not typically one who drinks sparkling wine but this one is really good! Fruit forward but still dry and pairs well with seafood or perfect for a toast! — 7 years ago
