Version White Anna's Reserve — 10 years ago
What a surprise, from the farthest back corner of the wine cellar. Too cold unfortunately, cloudy from suspended stuff. Nice dark color with orange edges of course. Still showing some fruit but not the high notes; sweetness in the finish. No off flavors or weirdness. More nose than most wines of any age I've had lately. Bought at Beltramo's for $9, way back when, probably during sabbatical at Stanford 1984. Very nice with burritos from Anna's, a scene sort of like the one at the end of Sideways. A really remarkable wine, worthy of fine dark Swiss chocolate.. — 10 years ago

This 100% Grenache feels warm but also expressive and very well balanced. There's elegance, style and Terroir despite its 15 abv — 9 years ago

This is really gorgeous stuff. Very spicy and Earthy. The dark berry fruit needs 2 Hours of air to show up. The wine is dark colored and from the color one can assume it is heavy, but this is not the case, just 13 % abv. In Georgia, they know how to deal with amphoras. — 9 years ago
