This wine is the deep dark color of cassis jam with a slight herbaceous nose. It exhibits predominantly red fruit at the attack morphing to dark and black fruit, hugely ripe. This is a big wine that's full of itself. The oak is well integrated. — 12 years ago

Met Vittorio Innocenti at a tasting in his cellar in Montefollonico. Tasted this wine from his private stock and fell in love with Vin Santo. It took me over an hour to get him to sell me some. Absolutely incredible!!! Thank you Vitorrio! — 12 years ago
