Decadent nose of black raspberry and chocolate. Crisp black raspberry/black cherry flavors, w toasty accents and somewhat firm tannins — 8 years ago
Buttery for a rose. Light citrus. Crisp grapefruit rind, slight tarragon floral. Almost brut champagne finish. Great with risotto and grill/charred broccoli crowns. — 8 years ago

If anybody at delectable is listening...
I really enjoy storing photos of labels here and occasionally prefer to comment on a wine. I mean do I get saddle of dressage horse leather or new car smell? These things matter. What I deeply dislike about delectable is I have to score a wine to comment. Scores are occasionally useful but ultimately a limiting way to quantify taste. So many of us here are quick to add our scores. While at the same time deservedly hate on yelp and the inherent limitations of critic 100 point systems. Delectable help people like me. — 11 years ago
No, you are not misreading the vintage. Had a half glass of this at 3pm and took a 5hr nap. This is certainly the best white wine I've ever had. — 12 years ago

Delicious minerality and bright citrus. Don't chill it down to far, it really opens up at closer to room temp — 9 years ago
In the space of a week - one bottle upon Mt. Etna the other one in Rome - I drank two different versions, both memorable, of Champagne A & J Beaufort: "Polisy Réserve Brut" and "Rosé".
Twice, for each wines, I perceived that same psychic vibration, an overwhelming feeling of spherical beauty-and-goodness. Let's imagine now these bottles as valves of an oyster in which some invisible raw material - it's only a matter of time - is deposited as calcium carbonate that crystallizes in "glass shell" (the bottles, right?) generating these true living Pearls of a champagne! — 10 years ago
2012- beautifully complex nose, layers of earth, minerality, meat and continues to develop in the glass. Young but approachable and enjoyable. Delicate fruit and floral notes accentuating and complimenting the VR terroir. Loving every drop. — 11 years ago

Wow that Pinot is poppin in this. Richly flavored fruit, bready goodness, elegant fine mousse that plays on your tongue like an Ella Fitzgerald scat does on the ear. A wonderful anniversary toast with bae. ❤️👏🏾 — 6 years ago
