Very smooth. Much lighter than a typical Malbec. Had this with Sushi @ Enso and it was very good. — 10 years ago

I loved this one - not incredibly dry - but oh so smooth. And you could taste the berry notes in lovely subtle aftertaste. — 11 years ago

One of my favorite Zin and vineyard — 6 years ago
Oreno, takes its name from the river crossing the estate where the farmhouse is found. Blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cab Sauv & 10% Petit Verdot, aged 18 mos in new French oak. Went to a tasting, had ‘14 & ‘15 side by side. Big ripe berry fruit aromas with sweet spice notes. On the palate rich blackberry & cherry flavors with cacao, tobacco, oak & flinty tones. Firm big tannins needing time showing great aging potential, lingering ending with succulent earthy mineral character. ‘15 much better. Tasting Sample! — 7 years ago
Ever so delightful. I'd eat with anything with a berry sauce. It is so rich, so balanced between tannin, acid and residual sugar that you get lost. Like every other Dutcher Crossing I've tasted it is a beaut. More on ye silly blog. Zin forever? I say so. — 8 years ago
Easy drinking cab. Black cherry fruit. Not overly dry. — 8 years ago
